We hope that you love your purchases made from us, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, we will be happy to give you a full refund for your purchase. All items must be returned unused and within their original packaging. Any postage and packing costs are non-refundable.
In doing so you must notify us through the below form within 14 days (starting from the receipt of the order). All return postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued through Trust payments, back onto the original payment method used to place the order within 7 working days of the item being received back by us.

Please only send your return to us if you have filled out the returns form (or spoken to a member of the team) and it has been validated with an authorized return number.
Please make sure you include details of the following within your parcel -
- Returns Number (this will be given to you by us when you first contact us about your agreed return)
- Order Number

Damaged Items & Issues
We carefully pack all our orders to minimise the possibility of any damage but unfortunately, we cannot always ensure that our items will arrive in perfect condition.
Please accept our sincere apologies and contact us immediately if any of your items are missing or damaged, so that we can resolve this for you. Please fill out the form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org including the following:
- Your order number
- The product code
- The quantity of product received damaged
- Details of the issues you have identified with the product
Our friendly customer services team will then deal with your request on an individual basis and contact you with further questions/and or instructions if necessary.
We may request a picture of the damaged product to be sent to us and/or we may decide to arrange collection of the goods from you.
Returns will not be accepted unless previously agreed with Festive.
